The shut-off valves of the PEX laundry outlet box are forged from high-quality C46500 brass, delivering exceptional corrosion and abrasion resistance. The SUNGATOR 1/2 PEX washing machine outlet box is VERSATILE, allowing for inverted installation and accommodating a range of residential washing machine applications. Its recessed design and snap-on frame make it compatible with drywall installations.
This PEX washing machine outlet box is PIPE COMPATIBLE with the crimp PEX fitting system, but not with the expanding fitting system. It features 1/4-turn hot and cold shut-off valves, with inlets that work well with 1/2-inch PEX pipes and outlets that fit 3/4-inch MHT washing machine hoses. The box is equipped with both central and side drains, facilitating efficient water drainage for washing machines.
